yes i think you should be able to post your picture on the internet, i mean you meet all kinds of people on the internet and they need to see what you look like.
I believe that one should be able to with the person's permission. Without the photo-taker's permission it's wrong. The reason I believe this is that it's the person's picture not ours.
I think you should be aloud to publish any pictures on the web because thats where most people get there information.
i also think you should be aloud to copy pictures off the internet for the same reason and a lot pictures from the web are used in projects and assignments in schools.
As long as you are willing to let others use your image, also, then you should be able to publish your images online without a problem. The internet is the largest public domain of images, music, and literature there is, so if you put your images online, people should have a right to use your images, as long as they give you the credit and not plagiarize.
I believe that as long as the person in the picture has given their permission then they should be allowed to be put on sites appropriate for that pictures nature. And I think if a picture is put so it is able to be copied then you should be able to copy it because there are ways to block the pictures from being copied.

I do not think that people should be able to publish or copy any image they want from the web - although it is available for everyone's use, people should use the web responsibly and that includes respecting others' privacy. People need to refrain from publishing inappropriate photos or photos of other people without their consent. People also have the right to distribute or not distribute their photos as they wish; images that a person wants to publish but keep the rights to should not be available to any random person that searches the internet.
There are sites on the internet where people that are serious picture takers can go to trade and sell their photos. The proper way to order and purchase pictures are done and everybody is happy. Sometimes people are irresponsible and take pictures of things that are copyrighted or that they are solely instructed to not to take pictures of. If those pictures are published or inappropriate pictures are taken and published, the publisher could end up in major trouble. Not everything should be allowed to be published. There are rules on some sites that instruct the public to be cautious about what they are putting on the web.
I think that if you put a picture on the internet then you shouldn't care if someone takes it and uses it. If your going to put it up for everyone to see then you should be prepared for other people to use the photo.
